Valley Pairing Experience
Explore the depth of Phelps Creek's estate-grown Pinot Noir and Chardonnay alongside a locally-sourced artisan cheese and charcuterie board, featuring fruit jams and preserves from the Hood River Fruit Loop. Your Wine Ambassador guides the group through premium wines and library selections, pairing each pour with the flavors of the Columbia Gorge — an elevated afternoon in wine country.

Vineyard to Library Experience
Our most elevated experience at Phelps Creek. Guests walk out into the Pioneer Vineyard with their Wine Ambassador for a guided tour of the estate, then return for a curated tasting of single block wines and vertical library selections of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The tasting is accompanied by curated food pairings featuring artisanal cheeses, cured meats, and local fruit preserves from the Hood River Fruit Loop. This experience offers a rare and intimate look at what makes Phelps Creek Vineyards one of the Columbia Gorge’s most distinctive wineries.

Gateway to The Gorge
Just as you arrive in Hood River, you’ll find our tasting room set among the vines.
With the Pioneer Vineyard steps away, our knowledgeable team offers guided tastings that connect each wine to its origin, vintage, and craftsmanship.Situated alongside our namesake waterway "Phelps Creek" you’ll find plenty of comfortable indoor space and outside tables to enjoy your wine adventure. 
Live Music Nights
Thursdays (5–7 PM) Live Jazz with “All Jazz Considered”. Easygoing, soulful, and just right with a glass in hand.
Saturdays (6-8 PM) Local Gorge legend, Chic Preston curates a line-up of talented Chic Preston & Co. - Americana, Jazz, Funk and R&B
Large Groups
For groups of 8 or more, advance reservations are highly encouraged to ensure the best possible experience.
Our Tasting Room offers ample indoor and outdoor seating for gatherings of all sizes, and charcuterie options are available.
