"Estate Reserve" Pinot Noir 2009

Created from the oldest vines on our Estate vineyard; we
select the finest dozen barrels from the eighty or so in our
winery.

An abundance of exotic oaky, smoky and coffee tones lead the
way to aromatics of ripe blackberry, blueberry and cherry.
Rich and deeply flavored, with a long finish, this wine will
develop beautifully in the cellar. This intense earthy way pairs
well with game, roasted duck and wild mushrooms.

"Vin de Glace" Pinot Gris 2009

To concentrate the sugars for this beautiful "faux" ice wine,
we froze the grapes before pressing them (about 5 lbs of
grapes goes into each bottle!). Huge aromas of pineapple are
accented by almond and vanilla, leading to bright flavors of
green pear and apple complimented by a lovely citrus finish.
