The Bachelor Snack Recipes and Wine Pairings
We fall in love easily, here at Phelps Creek Vineyards....
Unfortunately, it was too easy with ABC's The Bachelor being a winemaker this year!

First pour a glass of our 2008 Brimstone Red Blend and then use some in our B rimstone BBQ Sauce.

Smother liberally on bacon-wrapped sausages.

Pair our off-dry 2009 Oakridge Gewurztraminer with a chipotle snack mix. The slight sweetness balances the spice.
We love to enjoying our 2009 Cuvee Alexandrine Pinot Noir with a smoked salmon and caper barguette.
Pour a glass of our 2008 Hellfire White Blend and munch on some pita chips with artichoke dip. Yum!
Bake up some chocolate brownies and sip on our 2008 Mt. Defiance Merlot Reserve,

Ben and the ladies would be envious of your snack!

Sip a glass of our 2009 Annala Pinot Gris and wrap applewood bacon around shrimp, squirt a little lime on top and
pop on the grill.
Pair our 2009 Columbia Gorge Pinot Noir with baked mushroom, shallots and thyme crostinis.
